The certified application by the Notary Public should be submitted with the following documents:
1. Contract to set up a company and its internal rules of procedures certified by the Notary Public
2. Recording company in civil court,
3. Copy of the lease contract or the ownership contract,
4. A copy of the IDs for partners or licensors enrolled on the General table of the order,
5. A copy of IDs or passports of non-Lebanese,
6. A copy of the work permits for foreign partners taking into consideration Article 18 of the Accountancy profession Act,
7. Professional accountancy firm registration fee,
8. Adoption of the practice of the profession associated with the date of the application.
