As per the MOU signed with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.The LACPA organized on Monday April 18, 2016a seminar on theFiscal Stamp Fee.
The Seminar was presented by Mr. Ali Khalil, Indirect Taxes Directorate, Ministry of Finance.
The moderator for the seminar was LACPA President, Mr. Salim Abdel Baki.
The presenter discussed the scope of application of the stamp fee, the basis for payments and the exemptions related. In additions to the penalties related to the non-conformity.
